You can check game version in SideQuest, or when in game by looking at your feet. You might need to downgrade your BeatSaber, but it might no longer be needed - refer to the given link. Sideload = installing unofficial app on Quest 2. You will need to connect your Quest 2 to the PC, make sure it is detected by SideQuest, then sideload BMBF. You will need to enable developer mode - by updating your profile on a web page, then by using mobile Oculus app Also, a cable to connect Quest 2 to the PC.
